Help Wanted : Merchants : EoTn
I find myself clearing maps on the way to a dungeon to aquire reputation points, but once i get in the dungeon im finding my inventory is already full.
My first three bags are always empty (and yes, they are expanded).
It just seems there should be a merchant somewhere, either on the map or in the dungeon. There are merchants scattered throughout proph, fact and nightfall but i dont see many in gwen.
I just finished the quest Gififf's war in Bogroot Growths (Sparkfly Swamp) and after leaving much on the floor in the dungeon, completing the quest exits you out of the dungeon where you could take the other quest Tekk's war.
Now if there were a merchant somewhere i could empty my loot, i could have just gone back in the dungeon, but i have to go back to town, empty my loot and transverse all the way back to the dungeon.
This isnt the only dungeon with multiple quests outside, and i think alot of other players farm reputation points on the way to a dungeon, so i ask..
Where are the Merchants?

There could be a consumable to 'summon' a merchant.

If it costed anything close to what current consumables do, it'd be A LOT more expensive than leaving a bunch of whites and maybe a blue or two in the ground, tho... just adding a few more merchs to the explorable zones would be a good enough solution.

I agree. I'd love to see a merchant added somewhere on Level 3 of all dungeons. (1 or 2 level dungeons don't need 'em). I haven't managed to finish the wurm burrow yet without filling up my inventory, and I enter the burrow with my bags as empty as I can get them. I carry an id kit, salvage kit, lockpicks, 2 books, an extra weapon and 1 powerstone (for emergencies). Everything else is empty. About halfway thru, I pause to id and salvage everything appropiate and I still run out of space.
I'm the type of player who picks up everything, and I do mean everything. I take all my drops and any "expired" unwanted drops from my teammates.
Waste not, want not!

Am i the only one that has had a full inventory upon entering a dungeon, from farming reputation points on the way to the dungeon?
I guess your supposed to either..
A. Go reputation point farming, or
B. Go directly to the Dungeon.
I always start going for the dungeon, but get carried away with reputation point farming.

I Agree, A Few Merchants Maybe At The First Entrance To The Dungeon Would Be Usefull, And Maybe In The Areas Themselves. Im The Same As Wrath Of M0o. I Like To Point Farm On My Way And Im Forever Dropping Loot To Makeway As Theres No Other Option Short Of Going Back And Restarting. Its Good To Be Able To Go In And Out Doing Quests And Point Farming Without Having To Map Back To Town, Hell I Get 4K+ Points On Way To Dungeon, Make Tons In Dungeon And Then Farm On Way Back To Town,, I Need A Merchant In Between.

Actually, only few areas have no collectors, Very little few of them. Adding a 'sell' tab to them would do.
But you'll require to bring the kits with you, since they won't have 'Buy' tabs.

Definately /signed. When vanquishing, I usually have to leave a few hundred gold worth of stuff on the ground.

This really is an annoyance, especially when I have to drop items to pick up the chest rewards.

I'm all for this, merchants should be trying to buy and sell everywhere!
They'll go anywhere to make a good profit won't they!?
